How long does it take for a design to be completed?
The length of time a project could take to complete can vary from project to project, however we would hope to complete a typical brochure type site in three weeks, larger sites would take longer respectively.
Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?
If you do not already own a domain name one can purchased by Jam Jar Media on behalf of you, we are also able to provide hosting.
Do I need to send a deposit for the work?
We would normally ask for the client to pay the first 50% of the prior to the project commencing, followed by 25% once a chosen design has been aproved by the client and the last 25% once the site is live.
Will we need to have a meeting?
In today highly connected on-line world, face to face meetings are not required, correspondence is conducted by email, telephone and skype.
What aftersales support do you offer?
Our friendly staff are here to help you, once your site is up and running we will be there to help you out for the long term and are only a email or phone call away!
